Our Story
About us
Commonspace Avenue is rooted in a place that already meant something to me. I went to school here, and like a lot of people in the community, I have strong memories tied to these buildings. When the school closed, it felt like something important was lost—not just a building, but a shared space that brought people together.
That’s why I started Commonspace Avenue. The goal is simple: keep this place active, useful, and accessible. Whether it’s hosting a gathering, providing space for a small business, or giving people somewhere practical to meet and work, this is about making sure the property continues to serve the community in a meaningful way.
